Apply NowWe are currently recruiting for a Paint Line Lead Setter to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful probation period.
Key Responsibilities:
* Setting up and overseeing the paint line to ensure smooth and efficient operation
* Leading and supervising a team of 5 operatives
* Ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently met
* Troubleshooting and resolving any issues on the line
* Taking responsibility for locking up the site at the end of shift
* Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar manufacturing or paint line setting role
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* A confident, proactive approach with the strength of character to manage responsibility
* Reliable and committed to working a fixed afternoon/evening shift
