Paint Line Operative

DC Personnel are currently seeking reliable Paint Line Operatives to join a leading manufacturer based in Leicester. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a modern, state-of-the-art site with fantastic facilities and career progression opportunities. Full training will be provided for the right candidates. Temporary contract with potential to become permanent for the right candidate Pay: £12.86 per hour Hours: 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Thursday, 07:00 - 03:00, Friday (37.5 hours in total) Your responsibilities will include: Hanging, loading and unloading parts and components on the paint line Using hand and air tools to assemble and inspect high-quality products Maintaining a safe, clean and well-organised working environment Ensuring all work meets the company’s stringent quality standards The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience safely and effectively using hand and air tools A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly Excellent timekeeping and a dependable work ethic Keen attention to detail to maintain quality standards Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team Commitment to health & safety, keeping the workspace clean and organised at all times Why join us?
