Paint Sprayer - Nights

kolt recruitment are looking for a Night Shift Paint Sprayer to join a busy and well-established accident repair centre based in Witham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paint Technician looking for a stable night shift position, working within a professional bodyshop focused on quality, efficiency and consistent workflow.

Key responsibilities

* Preparing vehicles for paint including sanding, masking and priming

* Mixing and colour matching paints to manufacturer specifications

* Completing full resprays, panel refinishing and SMART repairs where required

* Delivering high-quality finishes consistently across all work

* Working efficiently to meet productivity targets while maintaining standards

* Keeping the booth and working area clean, tidy and compliant with safety requirements

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a bodyshop or accident repair centre

* Strong knowledge of both water-based and solvent paint systems

* Ability to achieve excellent finish quality on all jobs

* Comfortable working independently on night shifts

* Reliable, self-motivated and able to manage workload effectively

* Full UK driving licence
