Painter & Decorator

Phoenix Gray is seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter & Decorator to join our client's reputable private painting and decorating team. This role is based in Crawley, Sussex, within a new build care home site, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a significant residential project. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating work, ensuring the finish meets the company's professional standards. As this is a pricework role, efficiency and accuracy are essential, alongside a strong focus on safety and professionalism throughout the project’s duration.

CSCS Card is mandatory for site access

Proven experience in general painting and decorating tasks

Ability to work independently and efficiently on site

Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a construction environment

Experience working on new build projects is preferred

Good communication skills and team player mindset
