Painter & Decorator

Our client, a reputable private painting and decorating company based in Orpington, Kent, is seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join their dedicated team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to showcase their expertise in a variety of decorating tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of painting and decorating, including gloss work, emulsions, preparation, and finishing. CSCS card and full 5-point PPE required

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification is desirable

Proven experience in painting and decorating, particularly in residential or commercial environments

Own comprehensive painting toolkit (brushes, rollers, scuttles, extensions, scrapers, whites/overalls)

Ability to handle all aspects of painting, including surface preparation, gloss work, and emulsions

Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude

Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic
