Apply NowWe are looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our growing team, delivering high-quality painting and decorating services across a variety of properties and sites in the Wyton area.
As a Painter & Decorator, you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of painting and decorating work, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and paint surfaces to a consistently high standard.
* Apply paints, coatings, and finishes to internal and external surfaces.
* Carry out thorough surface preparation including sanding, filling, priming, and making good.
* Undertake colour matching and ensure accurate finish specifications are achieved.
* Apply specialist finishes including stains, varnishes, and protective coatings where required.
* Hang a variety of wallcoverings and wallpapers (desirable).
* Work collaboratively across multiple projects to meet programme deadlines.
* Monitor decorating materials and request stock as required.
* Ensure works are delivered within agreed budgets and timescales.
* Maintain excellent standards of quality, health & safety, and housekeeping on site.
* Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and site teams.
