PRS Jobs are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter and Decorator to carry out a range of external and internal works, including painting lobby doors and communal areas. The Role You will be responsible for: External painting and decorating works Preparation and painting of windows, doors and lobby  Decorating of communal areas where required Carrying out minor repairs to surfaces and structures prior to painting Erecting access equipment as necessary (with appropriate training) Using access plant and temporary screening to ensure the safety of residents, members of the public and the surrounding environment Monitoring decorating materials and requesting stock as required Ensuring works are completed within agreed budgets Maintaining and cleaning all tools and equipment to ensure longevity and proper use The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company that values its workforce and offers a stable working environment.
