kolt recruitment are looking for a Panel Beater for a leading accident repair centre based in Borehamwood.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater to join a well-established bodyshop with a strong reputation for quality repairs and excellent working conditions. The successful candidate will be confident carrying out high-quality panel repairs, replacements, and vehicle preparation work to manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out panel repairs and replacements on damaged vehicles

* Use welding, filling, and sanding techniques to restore vehicles

* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard

* Work efficiently to meet deadlines and workshop targets

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment

* Liaise with the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Panel Beater within a bodyshop or accident repair centre

* Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* ATA qualification would be advantageous but not essential

* Full UK driving licence
