The Opportunity
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join a busy and well-established accident repair centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a similar bodyshop or accident repair background who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Working with the latest tools and repair techniques, you’ll play a key role in restoring vehicles to manufacturer standards while contributing to a high-performing team.
What you’ll be doing as the Panel Beater:
Carrying out high-quality accident repairs in line with manufacturer and customer standards
Removing, repairing, and replacing damaged panels
Using welding equipment, dent pulling tools, and filler techniques
Aligning panels and components to ensure a precise fit
Working efficiently to meet deadlines and productivity targets
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Keeping up to date with modern repair methods and industry standards
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a similar Panel Beater / Panel Technician role within a busy bodyshop
Recognised apprenticeship in Panel Beating or Vehicle Body Repair
NVQ Level 3 / ATA accreditation (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of modern repair techniques for crash damage
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
A motivated team player with a focus on quality and achieving bonus targets
