Panel Wirer

Due to continued growth, our client is urgently seeking an experienced Panel Wirer to join their production team, with a clear pathway to progress into a Workshop Supervisor role.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual looking to develop their career within a dynamic and expanding business.

Key Responsibilities

Build and wire a variety of control panels
Work from engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
Carry out point-to-point wiring, cable crimping, looming, and termination
Mechanical assembly of electrical switchgear
Panel fitting work including marking out, drilling, and tapping
Assemble brackets, guards, and perform general fitting work
Repair and maintain electrical switchgear and panels

Requirements

Proven experience in control panel wiring
Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings
Experience with:
MCBs
Contactors
Relays
Inverter Drives
PLCs
Mechanical aptitude with hands-on assembly experience
Experience working with medium to large control panels (highly advantageous)
