Part 145 Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out maintenance, inspection, and servicing of company products worldwide, including work performed at customer locations and other off-site sites.
Perform repair and maintenance activities on products and components at the Kaiserslautern facility.
As certified aviation personnel, issue EASA Form 1 documentation and confirm the airworthiness of relevant products and components.
Act as a company representative at customer sites, ensuring product availability, safety, and quality standards are met.
Support production teams with full seat assembly, customer acceptance inspections (source inspections), and spare parts activities to ensure continued airworthiness.
Maintain accurate, complete records of all work in accordance with aviation authority regulations.
Take on additional related duties as required within the role.Candidate Profile:

Completed technical vocational training, ideally as an aircraft mechanic or mechatronics technician, plus further qualification as a state-certified technician (preferably aviation-related).
Several years of relevant industry experience, ideally within aviation maintenance or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of EASA regulations, particularly Part 21G and Part 145.
Solid understanding of aviation systems, processes, and hands-on product work.
Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
Proactive, structured, and practical approach to work.
Motivated by continuous improvement and contributing ideas.
Professional, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
Eligibility or existing clearance for reliability/security checks under LuftSiG.
Strong written and spoken German and English skills.
Willingness to travel internationally frequently (up to 75%).What We Offer:
