Part 2 Architectural Assistant Wolverhampton  Up to £35,000 We’re partnering with a design-led practice in Birmingham that balances creativity with practicality and takes pride in doing things properly. My client is now looking for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join it’s Date Centre / Industrial team —someone who combines technical ability with a genuine passion for design.  What you’ll be doing as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant: Supporting senior designers with concept development and detailed design Producing 3D models, technical drawings, and visualisations Assisting with planning applications and regulatory processes Joining site visits, reviews, and client meetings Contributing to presentations, research, and design developmentWhat they’re looking for as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant:  RIBA Part 2 (or equivalent) with a portfolio that shows both creativity and clarity Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools A sound understanding of UK building regulations and planning systems Strong communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset Experience within the Industrial sector, although they would consider other project experience. Interested?
