Working as a key member of a highly productive and passionate team, you will take ownership of the charity’s day-to-day financial operations and play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making. Main duties: * Leading the day-to-day financial operations * Preparing monthly management accounts * Supporting the annual budgeting process * Managing year-end procedures and reporting We are looking for an experienced finance professional who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and working in a collaborative environment. * ACCA qualified (desirable, not essential) * Previous experience in a Finance Manager role * Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working within a close-knit team Package: * 3 days per week (flexible working pattern) * £40,000 FTE salary * A rewarding role within an exciting and impactful local charity This is more than just a finance role, it’s an opportunity to contribute to a cause that matters while maintaining excellent work-life balance.
