Partnerships & Growth Manager (AO / EPA Focus)

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

About the Role

As a Partnerships & Growth Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business across the AO and EPA market, building long-term partnerships, and supporting commercial growth. You’ll engage with key stakeholders across Ofqual-regulated awarding organisations, EPAOs, and employers, promoting services that support apprenticeship delivery and assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and win new business opportunities within AOs, EPAOs, and the wider apprenticeship sector

* Promote End-Point Assessment (EPA) and awarding organisation services to new and existing clients

* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to negotiation and contract award

* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the Ofqual-regulated environment

* Work closely with internal teams to ensure delivery aligns with compliance, quality assurance, and Ofqual requirements

* Achieve and exceed revenue targets in line with business objectives

About You

* Proven experience in business development within Awarding Organisations (AO), EPAOs, or assessment providers

* Strong understanding of Ofqual regulations, apprenticeship standards, and End-Point Assessment (EPA)

* Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills

* Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely while managing your own pipeline

* Track record of delivering growth within the AO / EPA / qualifications sector

* Strong commercial awareness, with a clear understanding of compliance and quality frameworks
