Parts Advisor Required
Based in Northampton
£28,000 - £32,000 PA

We are looking for a motivated and organised Parts Advisor to join our team. This role involves providing administrative and planning support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answering sales enquiries via telephone and emails

* Logging all enquiries onto internal CRM systems confirming quote details and availability

* Making outbound calls to upsell and cross selling to existing customers

* General administration, database management, and invoicing tasks

* Using internal and customer systems to keep records up to date

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience in a busy Parts advising role

* Confident communication skills (written and verbal)

* Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Excel and CRM systems

* A reliable team player with great organisation skills

* Flexible, problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask

Hours of Work:

* Monday–Friday, (Apply online only), Working 1 in 3 Saturdays
