Parts Manager
Key responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the parts department within the bodyshop
* Source, order, and manage parts efficiently to support workshop productivity
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
* Control stock levels, returns, and credits to maximise profitability
* Ensure parts are available in line with repair schedules and minimise delays
* Manage and support parts staff where applicable
* Maintain accurate records and systems in line with company processes
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Advisor within an accident repair centre or bodyshop
* Strong knowledge of automotive parts and ordering systems
* Excellent organisational and stock control skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Strong communication and team management skills
* Full UK driving licence
