Parts Sales Coordinator
This is a field-based role covering Glasgow and the surrounding areas, requiring regular travel. The standard working hours are Monday – Friday, with occasional overtime based on business needs.
The Role:
* Cultivating strong relationships with both new and loyal customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
* Resolving customer inquiries promptly, providing tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
* Boosting sales by engaging with existing customers and upselling products that meet their evolving needs.
* Targeting new customers and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. Achieve and surpass sales targets with enthusiasm!
* Efficiently delivering parts to customers and engineers, ensuring all products reach their destinations on time.
* Managing stock levels with precision, ensuring remote engineer vans and parts containers are fully stocked and organised for quick access.
* Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels to ensure optimal operations.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Experience in the plant or agricultural industry, ideally in parts sales or distribution.
* Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
* A flexible, positive attitude and a proactive approach to tackling new challenges.
* A deep understanding of customer service excellence and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
* Confidence in upselling, identifying new sales opportunities, and meeting targets.
* Strong complaint-handling skills and the ability to offer creative solutions to problems.
* A working knowledge of Microsoft applications and the ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
