Description
Manage the monthly landlord payment schedule, ensuring accurate, timely payments
Process and reconcile high‑volume invoices, resolving discrepancies and queries
Maintain financial records and provide reporting for budget monitoring
Act as first point of contact for landlords and stakeholders, handling payment issues
Liaise across housing and finance teams to support smooth temporary accommodation services
Profile
A successful Payments Officer should have:
Experience in finance, payments processing or accounts administration, ideally within housing or the public sector
Strong attention to detail with confidence handling high‑volume financial data and reconciling discrepancies
Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office for managing data and records
Job Offer
Competitive daily rate of GBP 120 - GBP 150
