We are seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Manager, based in Camberley, to take ownership of end-to-end payroll and day-to-day HR operations. This is a hands-on role combining payroll accuracy, compliance, and practical HR support across the employee lifecycle.   Key Responsibilities Manage monthly payroll end to end, ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance Act as the main point of contact for payroll and HR queries Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, absence, disciplinaries and exits Advise managers on HR policies, employment law and best practice Maintain HR records, systems, and GDPR compliance About You Proven experience in a Payroll & HR, Payroll Manager or HR Generalist role Strong knowledge of UK payroll and employment law Highly organised, detail-driven and confident working independently Comfortable in a fast-paced, operational environment What's on Offer A broad, hands-on role with ownership Supportive working environment Competitive salary and benefits
