Part-Time Payroll Specialist (16 hours per week) Start Date: ASAP Location: Hybrid or remote, with travel to the London office once a month Salary: £35,000 (pro‑rated to part‑time hours) We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist for our client based in Central London. This is a part‑time position working 16 hours per week and is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, organised, and confident in managing both weekly and monthly payroll cycles. Key Responsibilities Process weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time Manage and resolve payroll queries from employees Calculate and track holiday entitlement Handle pension queries and ensure contributions are processed correctly Maintain up‑to‑date payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation Liaise with HR and Finance teams where required Requirements Previous experience in payroll (weekly and monthly payroll essential) Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation Knowledge of holiday pay calculations and pension processes Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Experience with payroll software (please specify on your CV which systems used)
