As a People & Administration Assistant, you’ll sit at the centre of how people processes run day-to-day, making sure everything from onboarding to HR data stays accurate, compliant, and running smoothly.  This is a role where your work directly supports a high-performing team, giving you exposure across the full employee lifecycle while building solid HR foundations.  What’s in it for you Fully remote working with monthly travel to London (travel reimbursed). 25 days annual leave plus public holidays 6% employer pension contribution Working from home allowance Exposure to full HR lifecycle processes and systems Personal development support, including study opportunities Your responsibilities as People & Administration Assistant Maintain and reconcile employee data across HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance Support recruitment processes, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication Prepare contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation Manage employee records, including absence, leave, and contract changes Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all steps are completed Provide administrative support across team activities, communications, and internal coordination What we’re looking for in a People & Administration Assistant Previous experience working with HR systems and employee data Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet management Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes Ability to manage documentation and maintain accurate records Understanding of HR processes and data protection requirements Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (core hours 10:00am–4:00pm).
