People and Culture Partner
I am supporting a well-established and values-driven organisation that is undergoing an exciting transformation of its HR function into a modern People & Culture model. To help shape this new direction, we are seeking an experienced Lead People & Culture Partner to join the team. The Role: This senior role will act as the go-to expert for managers and People Partners, leading on complex employee relations, coaching colleagues, and supporting wider organisational change. You will help deliver initiatives that strengthen employee well-being, engagement, inclusion, and the overall colleague experience.
