Permanent Plumber

Location: City Centre, Derby Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber for a permanent position based in Derby, working within building services maintenance. The role will involve a mixture of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and small installation works across building services plumbing systems. Duties will include: * Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems * Reactive plumbing repairs and fault finding * Carrying out small installation works * Completing site paperwork, permits and maintenance records * Working in line with health & safety procedures * Providing a professional service when working on client sites Requirements: * City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (minimum) * Experience within building services plumbing / building services engineering * Must quickly become familiar with procedures and paperwork including PPM planning, permits, etc. * Must have own basic hand tools and PPE * Ability to work independently and manage workload * Professional, reliable and presentable * Strong customer service and communication skills This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering long-term stability with a well-established company
