We are working with a network of high-performing and supportive primary schools, including outstanding schools across the West Midlands, who are looking to appoint committed Primary Teachers on a permanent basis.

The role

As a Permanent Primary Teacher, you will take ownership of a dedicated class within EYFS, KS1 or KS2, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons within a supportive school community.

You will take responsibility for:

* Planning and delivering high-quality primary lessons
* Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
* Tracking, assessing and supporting pupil progress
* Building strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
* Contributing to the wider school community
* Upholding high standards of teaching, behaviour and achievement

What you need

It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have:

* QTS
* Experience teaching within EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Strong classroom management skills
* A passion for pupil progress and whole-child development

Other DESIRABLE skills include:

* Subject leadership interest or experience
* Experience in outstanding or high-performing schools
* Ability to contribute to curriculum development
