Personal Assistants for SEN individuals

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one support to children/young people with SEN
Assist with daily routines, social activities, and community access
Support emotional wellbeing and development
Follow care plans and work collaboratively with families
Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environmentAbout You:

Caring, patient, and understanding nature
Experience with SEN (preferred but not essential)
Reliable and flexible to meet varying schedules
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trusting relationships
