PFI Technical Services Manager

Salary £65,000 plus package
We are seeking an experienced and proactive PFI Technical Services Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised professional with a strong technical background to take ownership of the management, performance, and lifecycle of operational and technical assets across a PFI contract
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring assets are maintained, compliant, cost-effective, and operating at peak performance to support service delivery and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate asset registers and documentation
Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
Monitor asset performance, condition, and lifecycle planning
Auditing contractors, suppliers, and service providers
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and statutory requirements
Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital replacement programmes
Produce reports, audits, and performance analysis for senior management
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings
Ensure all technical assets are maintained in line with company standards and procedures
Requirement
Previous experience in PFI Asset management, technical services, facilities management, or engineerig in a healthcare settging HTMS
Strong understanding of HTMs building services, maintenance operations, or technical infrastructure
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Experience using CAFM or asset management systems
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Knowledge of compliance and statutory regulations within technical environments
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
