Are you an experienced Pick-Up Truck Technician seeking a new challenge within a reputable organisation? Our client, a well-established agricultural and commercial vehicle dealership located in Stockbridge, Hampshire, is currently looking for a highly skilled Pick-Up Truck Technician to join their busy workshop. Benefits for the Successful Pick-Up Truck Technician:

Up to £41,600 basic salary per annum, dependent on experience
Potential earnings of £50,000+ including overtime
Overtime paid at time and a half for hours above 40 per week
Flexible working hours to support work-life balance
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with optional Saturday mornings for overtime
33 days annual leave, including bank holidays

Conduct servicing and maintenance on pick-up trucks and light commercial vehicles
Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to ensure vehicles meet quality standards
Diagnose and repair vehicle faults efficiently and accurately
Provide technical updates and explanations to customers when required
Complete all necessary paperwork promptly and accurately
Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment
Support workshop organisation and adhere to safety regulations
Collaborate with service administration and senior technicians
Participate in ongoing training and professional development programmesRequirements as a Pick-Up Truck Technician:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Light Commercial or Heavy Vehicle)
Proven experience working on pick-up trucks and light commercial vehicles
Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to work independently
Experience with vehicles such as Ford Ranger, Toyota Hilux, Nissan Navara, Mitsubishi L200, or similar is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
Positive attitude and motivation to deliver high-quality service
Full driving licence
