M4 Recruitment are recruiting for nimble- fingered plant pickers and planters for our Client based in Bovingdon starting immediately. About the Role This is a hands-on, physical role working with young baby plants. Hourly rate of £12.71 per hour Monday to Friday Duties include: * Picking and handling delicate seedlings * Planting young plants into trays and pots * Labelling and sorting plants * Operating planting machinery * General nursery duties as required What We’re Looking For * Good manual dexterity (“nimble-fingered”) for handling small plants * Physically fit – this role involves frequent bending and lifting * Comfortable working on your feet for long periods * Reliable and punctual * Own transport required (site not accessible by public transport) * Previous nursery, horticulture or production line experience is helpful but not essential What We Offer * Seasonal work from March through summer * Friendly, supportive team environment * Full training provided on machinery * Opportunity for extended work depending on season demand If you enjoy practical outdoor work and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, we’d love to hear from you!
