Maintech Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Contract Pipe Fitter to support our client on a short-term project based in Burntwood, near Walsall.
This is a 2-week contract offering £35.00 per hour, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with an immediate start.
The Role
Working within a chemical manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for:
Removing existing process pipework
Installing replacement pipework to specification
Working safely within a live production environment
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while adhering to site health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Pipe Fitter within industrial, process, or manufacturing environments
Previous experience working in chemical plants or similar industrial sites is highly desirable
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong commitment to health and safety
Own tools and PPE
Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
