School Refurbishment | Oldham | Summer Holiday Project
Elitehire Solutions are currently recruiting 4 experienced Pipefitters and 2 Plumbers for a school refurbishment project in Oldham, commencing 20th July.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a planned summer shutdown project with a well-established mechanical contractor.
The Role
Working on a live school refurbishment during the summer holidays, duties will include:
* Replacement of existing LTHW (Low Temperature Hot Water) pipework.
* Domestic water pipework replacement.
* General commercial mechanical installation.
* Working as part of a team to complete the project within the summer shutdown programme.
Hours
* 45 hours per week.
* Approximately 6-8 weeks' duration.
* Start date: 20th July.

Requirements
* Valid JIB/CSCS Skill Card appropriate to your trade.
* Previous commercial mechanical installation experience.

* Own tools and PPE.
* Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
