Planned Maintenance Surveyor/ Project Manager
Hill & Hill Recruitment are seeking a Planned Maintenance Surveyor/ Project Manager to work with one of our Housing Association clients based in East Sussex. Key Responsibilities * Deliver a range of planned maintenance and major repairs projects * Manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, taking the lead on procurement and contract administration. * Preparing consultant briefs, managing tender processes, and ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations. Essentials * It is essential that you hold a recognised qualification in project management and have demonstrable experience working for a social landlord in the delivery of planned maintenance projects. * We’re looking for someone with strong project management skills and hands-on experience delivering planned maintenance within the housing industry or construction sector. * You’ll pair this with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to achieving high-quality outcomes. * Confident working with a wide range of stakeholders, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with ease
