We're working with a well-established contractor who is looking to recruit an experienced Planner to join their team in Cardiff, supporting the delivery of new office developments from pre-construction through to project completion.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Planner within the construction industry
* Experience working on commercial building projects
* Strong pre-construction (Precon) experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Project and planning software
* Ability to develop, manage, and monitor project programmes
* Experience identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
* Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
