Repairs Planner – Office Based Location: Ealing Pay Rate: £16.91 per hour Contract Type: Temporary (with potential for extension) Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Our client, a leading and well-established repairs and maintenance contractor, is seeking an experienced Repairs Planner to join their busy team based in Ealing. This is a fully office-based role offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Scheduling and planning maintenance and repair works for operatives and subcontractors Managing incoming repair requests via phone and email Ensuring appointments are arranged efficiently and within SLA targets Liaising with tenants, clients, and field operatives to coordinate works Updating internal systems with accurate job and appointment information Handling rescheduling and resolving planning conflicts in a timely manner Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within repairs, housing, or maintenance planning Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment Proficiency in using scheduling systems and Microsoft Office What’s on Offer: Competitive pay rate of £16.91 per hour Full-time, office-based role in Ealing Opportunity to work with a reputable contractor Supportive team environment with potential for contract extension If you have the relevant experience and are looking for your next opportunity within a dynamic repairs environment, we would like to hear from you.
