Freelance Planner – Fit Out Projects (Part-Time / Remote) We are working with a well-established fit out contractor who is looking to bring in an experienced Freelance Planner to support a growing pipeline of projects. This is a part-time role (2–3 days per week) offering long-term, ongoing work with the flexibility to work from home. The Role: You’ll be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple fit out programmes simultaneously, ensuring projects are accurately planned, tracked, and delivered on time. Projects typically range from £5m in value with programme durations between 14–40 weeks, covering a variety of fast-paced fit out schemes. Key Responsibilities: * Developing, managing, and updating project programmes * Overseeing multiple live projects at different stages * Working closely with project teams to monitor progress and identify risks * Producing regular reports and programme updates * Supporting project delivery through effective planning and coordination What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience as a Planner within the fit out or interiors sector * Strong ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously * Proficiency in planning software (e.g. Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6) * Good communication skills and ability to work independently What’s on Offer: * Flexible 2–3 days per week * Remote working (with occasional site/client interaction if required) * Ongoing pipeline of work * Competitive day rate If you’re an experienced Planner looking for flexible, long-term freelance work with a reputable contractor, we’d love to hear from you
