Planner

I am currently working with a well-established main contractor specialising in design and build projects across Central London. Due to continued growth and a strong secured pipeline, they are looking to appoint an experienced construction professional to support project delivery and programme management. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor delivering complex schemes within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The Role You will play a key role in planning and coordinating projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring programmes are realistic, achievable, and aligned with site delivery. Key responsibilities include: * Developing and managing construction programmes using ASTA Powerproject (essential) * Working closely with project teams to produce detailed programmes and sequencing plans * Monitoring project progress against programme and identifying risks or delays * Supporting pre-construction planning, logistics and methodology development * Coordinating with design teams, commercial teams and site management * Providing programme updates, reporting and progress analysis Requirements * Proven experience working for a main contractor on design and build projects * Strong working knowledge of ASTA Powerproject (essential requirement) * Experience producing and managing detailed construction programmes * Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics and delivery processes * Experience working on projects within Central London preferred * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills If you are interested in this position apply now and contact Luke Thompson for more information
