Planner
We are seeking an experienced Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) Planner to join the team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining a single, optimised and fully integrated plan covering all asset activities across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering/Projects, and Contractor work scopes. You will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient and controlled execution of all work on the asset. Key Responsibilities * Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project. * Monitor, measure and report on project progress, ensuring accurate and timely updates. * Produce regular progress reports and highlight any risks or deviations. * Coordinate planning activities with site management, engineering teams and contractors to align all schedules. * Maintain and update the integrated programme, ensuring accuracy and readiness. * Track subcontractor performance and progress against agreed plans. * Develop, track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). * Work collaboratively within the planning team, adapting to shifting priorities and supporting shared objectives. Monitoring, Reporting & Continuous Improvement * Monitor execution against the approved Integrated Schedule, updating actuals and forecasts. * Identify and escalate schedule deviations, readiness gaps and emerging constraints or bottlenecks.
