About the Role
Anglian Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Planner to join a major substation project based in Necton. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile infrastructure scheme, supporting the successful delivery of works on site.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and maintaining detailed project programmes
* Monitoring progress against schedules and reporting on performance
* Identifying risks, delays, and proposing mitigation strategies
* Working closely with site teams, project managers, and commercial teams
* Updating programmes using planning software (Primavera P6 or similar)
* Producing progress reports and programme updates for stakeholders
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Planner within construction, utilities, or infrastructure projects
* Previous experience working on substation or energy projects is highly desirable
* Strong knowledge of planning software (Primavera P6 preferred)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
* Relevant qualifications in construction or engineering (preferred)
Hours of Work
* Monday to Friday
* Site-based role
