IMH Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Planning Support Officer for our client based in Barnsley, S70.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Using Works Management / Dynamic Resource Scheduling systems, you will initially support the team with key administrative and planning tasks, with a clear pathway to taking on full Planner duties.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handling incoming calls from customers and operatives

* Managing shared mailboxes and responding to enquiries

* Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer queries

* Supporting planners with scheduling and managing operatives’ diaries

* Using Works Management and Dynamic Resource Scheduling (DRS) systems

* Providing general administrative support to the team

What We’re Looking For:

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment

* Planning or scheduling experience

* Strong admin/customer service experience

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Flexible and willing to learn and grow into the full Planner role

* Basic DBS Required

Hours & Pay:

* Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 16:00

* Payrate: £14.36 per hour

* 37 hours per week

* Weekly pay via agency!
