Plant Engineer
Location: Rushton Spencer Salary: £16-£17 per hour (dependent on experience) + overtime (door-to-door pay when travelling to site) Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm About Our Client Our client is a leading provider of specialist drilling solutions, delivering high-quality services to a range of industries across the UK. They pride themselves on their technical expertise and innovative approach, supporting clients with reliable and efficient drilling operations. They are now looking to grow their team with a skilled Engineer/Fitter based at their busy Rushton Spencer facility. Role Overview Our client is seeking a hands-on Engineer/Fitter to maintain, service, and repair drilling rigs and associated plant equipment. The role involves troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical faults, attending site breakdowns, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. Travel to customer sites is required, with travel time paid at the overtime rate.
