£45,000 Basic | Monday-Friday | Weekend Overtime Available | Bradford Area If you're an experienced Plant Fitter and you want solid pay, stable hours, and the option to earn more - this is for you. £45,000 basic. Monday to Friday. Weekend overtime available. Straightforward. Well paid. No nonsense. The Role You'll be joining a busy operation in the Bradford area maintaining a varied fleet of heavy plant and construction equipment from manufacturers such as JCB, Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Volvo Construction Equipment. You'll work on machinery including: Tracked and wheeled excavators Bulldozers ADTs (Articulated Dump Trucks) Loading shovels Telehandlers Road rollers Crushers & screeners Generators and smaller site equipment This is hands-on, proper engineering work - hydraulics, electrics, engines, transmissions. What You'll Be Doing Servicing and preventative maintenance Hydraulic system repairs Electrical fault finding & diagnostics Engine and gearbox repairs Welding and fabrication (where required) Pre-delivery inspections Ensuring equipment is safe and site-ready You'll be trusted to diagnose properly and fix faults correctly - no rushed patch-up jobs. What We're Looking For Strong hands-on plant fitting experience Good understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems Ability to work independently Professional and reliable attitude Qualifications are welcome but experience matters more.
