Apply NowA dynamic and growing operations team is looking for a Plant Fitter (workshop only) to take responsibility for the repair, servicing and maintenance of a wide range of plant equipment. You will be based in the workshop in Walsall, delivering an efficient and customer-focused service.

What you’ll be doing as Plant Fitter:
Servicing and repairing plant equipment in the workshop
Completing scheduled maintenance
Maintaining accurate records of work, parts used, and time spent
Managing stock and raising purchase requests as needed
Liaising directly with customers and ensuring clear communication throughout
Supporting depot operations and maintain excellent health & safety standards
What we’re looking for in a Plant Fitter:
Experience as a Plant Fitter/Engineer (essential)
Strong communication and record-keeping skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable: NVQ or City & Guilds in plant maintenance, CSCS card, forklift licence
