We have an opportunity for an experienced Plasterer to join a well‑established social housing contractor. You'll deliver high‑quality repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance across domestic properties in West London.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out a wide range of plastering works within occupied residential properties, including patch repairs, full wall and ceiling skimming, and making good following other trades.
Completing responsive plastering repairs to a high standard, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
Undertaking patch repairs to walls and ceilings following leaks, electrical works, and other trade activities.
Applying full skim coats to walls and ceilings to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish.
Making good around door frames, windows, sockets, and pipework with attention to detail.
Preparing surfaces effectively to ensure durable and long-lasting results.
Mixing and applying plaster using appropriate tools, materials, and techniques.
Maintaining clean, safe, and tidy work areas at all times, ensuring protection of residents' homes and belongings.
Using a PDA device to manage, update, and close work orders in real time, ensuring accurate recording of job progress, materials used, and completion notes.Requirements:
Full UK Manual Driving Licence
