First & Second Fix Plumbing – Industrial Units

* First fix:

* Installing pipework (copper crimped systems)

* Running waste pipes (solvent weld)

* Setting up infrastructure before walls/finishes go in

* Second fix:

* Connecting sanitaryware, taps, final connections

* Commissioning systems (hot water, etc.)

* Systems involved:

* Copper crimped pipework

* Solvent weld waste

* Hot water systems

* Some electric elements (likely heaters, cylinders, or controls)

⏰ Working hours

* 7:00am – 4:00pm

* 8.5 hours paid (so likely:

* 9-hour day

* 30 min unpaid break)
