Plumber – Social Housing South London Competitive Salary Permanent Role Company Van & Fuel Card Provided We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a well-established contractor working across social housing properties in South London. This is a great opportunity for a skilled and reliable plumber to carry out reactive maintenance and day-to-day plumbing repairs within both occupied and void properties. Key Responsibilities Carrying out reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs in social housing properties Diagnosing and fixing leaks, pipework issues, and faulty fixtures Repairing or replacing taps, toilets, sinks, baths, and showers Completing minor installations and plumbing upgrades when required Working within occupied and void properties while maintaining excellent customer service Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations Requirements NVQ OR C&G Level 2/3 in Plumbing Proven experience working as a Plumber within social housing or property maintenance Strong knowledge of domestic plumbing systems and repairs Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload Full UK driving licence What’s On Offer Permanent role Company van & fuel card provided 29 days holiday bank holidays Option to buy or sell annual leave 4x salary life cover Employer pension contribution matched at 4–6% Access to learning and development opportunities, including paid qualifications Long-term work with a leading social housing contractor If you are an experienced Plumber looking for a stable, long-term opportunity across South London, we would love to hear from you, please contact (url removed)
