Pay: £25.00 per hour (CIS) Job Type: Contract (6 Months) Start Date: 23rd March 2026 (Potentially sooner) Location: Houghton Regis LU5 & Thurleigh MK44 Shift Pattern: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday 45 minute lunch break Job Description We are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Plumbers to work on a new build housing development across sites in Houghton Regis and Thurleigh. The role will involve installing plumbing and heating systems on modern residential plots including air source heat pumps, hot water cylinders, bathrooms, and underfloor heating systems. This is a 6-month contract with consistent work available for the right candidate. Role Details * Installing plumbing and heating systems on new build houses * Carrying out 1st fix plumbing and pipework installations * Completing 2nd fix plumbing including bathrooms and sanitaryware * Installing hot water cylinders and associated pipework * Working on air source heat pump systems * Installing and connecting underfloor heating (UFH) * Working from site drawings and specifications Requirements * Unvented Hot Water Qualification (essential) * Experience working on new build housing sites * Strong 1st fix and 2nd fix plumbing experience * Own tools and PPE * Ability to work independently and as part of a team What’s On Offer * £25.00 per hour (CIS) * 6 months of consistent work * Immediate / near-immediate start available * Work on a long-term new build housing project If you're an experienced plumber with new build experience and an unvented qualification, apply today or message (phone number removed) on WhatsApp
