We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber based in the vicinity of Irvine for a rewarding opportunity within a large facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in performing plumbing duties with precision and expertise.
Experience and Qualifications for Plumber:
Background in Domestic & Commercial Plumbing and Drainage, preferably with a recognized apprenticeship.
Extensive post-apprenticeship experience in installation, service, and maintenance.
Knowledge of TMV's and Legionella Control is preferred.
Familiarity with the requirements of Scottish Health Technical Memoranda is advantageous.
Possession of City & Guilds, S/NVQ, or equivalent qualification with a governing body such as SNIPEF.
IOSH and CSCS certifications are required.
Key Responsibilities for Plumber:
Execute plumbing duties efficiently within a large facility in Edinburgh.
Undertake installation, service, and maintenance tasks with precision.
Apply knowledge of TMV's and Legionella Control for effective plumbing solutions.
Demonstrate a good working knowledge of Scottish Health Technical Memoranda requirements.
Comply with safety standards, holding IOSH and CSCS certifications.
