Job Title: Plumber (x2) Location: Newbury, RG14 1AA Project Duration: 9 months to 1 year Start Date: Early to mid-April We are currently looking for 2 experienced Plumbers for a commercial project in Newbury (RG14 1AA). Project Details: * Building Type: Commercial – 6 units to complete * Works: 1st and 2nd fix plumbing * Pipework: Copper soldered and copper Maypress up to 3 inch * Duration: 9 months to 1 year * Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm * Paid Hours: 8.5 hours paid per day * Rate: £27.00 per hour * Weekends: Not available * Parking: Free onsite parking available Requirements: * Valid JIB Plumbing Card (essential) * IPAF (beneficial but not essential) * Experience with commercial 1st and 2nd fix installations * Experience working with copper soldered and Maypress systems This is a long-term opportunity on a steady commercial development with consistent hours and paid onsite time
