Apply NowPRS Recruitment Agency is currently seeking an experienced Plumber / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join one of our prestigious clients in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday position.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
Complete reactive maintenance and repairs.
Diagnose and repair plumbing and mechanical faults.
Replace basins, taps and sanitaryware.
Undertake general mechanical and building services maintenance.
Carry out minor building fabric repairs, including doors, locks and fixtures.
Ensure plant and equipment remain fully operational.
Respond to maintenance issues and emergencies.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.Requirements:
City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Maintenance Plumber or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
Strong knowledge of plumbing and mechanical building services.
Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance.
Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We Offer:

08:00–17:00 daytime hours.
No rotating shifts.
