Plumber Multi Trade

We are recruiting a skilled Plumber Multi Trade operative to join a busy maintenance team delivering high-quality repairs and installations across residential properties. This is a permanent role ideal for someone looking to advance their career in a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities * Diagnose and carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance across core and secondary trades * Undertake bathroom installations, including tiling * Respond efficiently to emergencies and out-of-hours call-outs * Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in clean and safe condition * Accurately record work completed using PDA systems and provide updates to supervisors * Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations Skills & Experience * NVQ Level 2–3 in Plumbing or equivalent * Competent in 2 additional trades * Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential plumbing, including bathroom installations * Good knowledge of Building Regulations * Professional and polite when dealing with tenants * Full UK Driving Licence * Enhanced DBS check required prior to start This role is perfect for a versatile, proactive tradesperson looking for a permanent position with career progression opportunities
