Location: Enfield & Barnet
Job role: Plumber/Multi Trader
Pay: £180 per day (CIS) or £39,000 per annum (Permanent)

We are currently recruiting experienced Plumber/Multi Traders to join a well-established team carrying out Social Housing maintenance and refurbishment works across the Enfield and Barnet areas.

Responsibilities

* Bathroom fitting and refurbishment

* Tap changes and shower replacements

* Replacing radiators

* Diagnosing and repairing leaks

* Toilet and cistern repairs/replacements

* Wall and floor tiling

* Painting and decorating

* Patch plastering

* Hanging doors

* Lock changes and repairs

Requirements

* Previous experience within Social Housing maintenance and refurbishment

* Relevant trade qualifications or proven experience

* Full UK driving licence

* Ability to carry out multi-trade works to a high standard

* Strong customer service skills and professionalism when working in occupied properties
